If your measurements fall into both M and L sizes, choose the size closer to your median height.

■ Usage Instructions
- Wear before sleeping and remove upon waking in the morning.- If you are not accustomed to supportive socks, they may feel tight initially.- For first-time use, try them 1-2 hours before bedtime.- If you experience discomfort, promptly remove them, discontinue use that night, and try again on a different day.
**How to Wear**
- Remove rings and other jewelry before wearing, and smooth your nails on hands and feet.- Do not point your nails or pull them up all at once.- Because of the support strength, carefully and slowly pull them up.
1. Gently pull the sock up to insert your toes.2. Pull up to the ankle, aligning the heel.3. Match the knitted section to the knee, smooth out wrinkles behind the knee.4. Pull up to the waist and wear.
