■ Size Guidelines
If your measurements fall into both M and L sizes, please choose the size closest to the midpoint of your ankle measurement.
**Size M**
- Thigh: 43-49 cm- Calf: 30-38 cm- Ankle: 19-23 cm
**Size L**
- Thigh: 47-53 cm- Calf: 34-42 cm- Ankle: 21-25 cm
■ Usage Instructions
- Wear before sleeping and remove upon waking in the morning.- If you are not accustomed to supportive socks, they may feel tight initially.- For first-time use, try wearing them 1-2 hours before sleep before full overnight use.- If you experience discomfort, promptly remove them, discontinue use that night, and try again on a different day.
**How to Wear**
- Remove rings and other jewelry before wearing, and smooth your nails.- Do not scratch or pull up suddenly with force.- Because of the support strength, pull up slowly and carefully.
1. Gently pull the sock up to insert your toes.2. Pull up to the ankle, aligning the heel.3. Insert your thumbs inside and evenly pull up.4. Gradually pull up evenly to just above the knee and wear.

Consult a doctor before use if you have:- Diabetes, deep vein thrombosis, circulatory issues, congestive heart failure, inflammatory diseases, nerve disorders at the wearing site, or are undergoing treatment for these conditions.3. Please observe the following when wearing:- Do not wear sizes that do not fit or double-layered.- Ensure no wrinkles or sagging during use.- Stretch the fabric so it does not roll down below the knee. Do not fold the elastic band; wear it straight.- If you feel unwell, pain, numbness, itching, rash, or any abnormality, stop use immediately.- To prevent deformation of the product, do not use or store it twisted.
