■ How to Wear
- Wear before going to sleep and remove when you wake up the next morning.
- If you are not used to supportive socks, they may feel tight at first.
- If this is your first time using the product, try it on 1-2 hours before going to sleep, then wear it for sleep.
- If you feel uncomfortable, remove them immediately, discontinue use for that night's sleep, and try again on another day.
