- Do not use your nails to catch the fabric or pull it up all at once.
- As it provides support, pull it up slowly and carefully.
(1) Put one hand inside the sock, pinch the heel part, and pull it out of the sock to turn it inside out.
At this time, turn it inside out up to the heel part you pinched.
(2) Next, carefully insert your toes into the sock, aligning the heel part of the sock with your own heel.
(3) Once your foot is in and the heel is aligned, put on the sock up to your ankle while unfolding the folded part.
(4) Once on up to your ankle, pull it up little by little, paying attention to twists, sagging, and wrinkles.
(5) Smooth your entire leg to ensure the fabric thickness is uniform, and adjust to eliminate sagging and wrinkles.
