■ How to Use

- Before wearing, remove rings and other jewelry, and smooth out your nails on your hands and feet.
- Do not raise nails sharply or all at once.
- Because of its support strength, please lift slowly with caution.

**"How to Wear"**
(1) Turn the side with the tag to the back, fold the girdle in half, and put both legs in.
(2) Lift each leg one at a time and align the groin area.
(3) Hold the front and back, align the center, and adjust the waist part.
(4) Insert your hands into the girdle, lift the hips, and align the taping part of the buttocks with the hip line.
(The two seams are the taping lines.)
(5) Set the top seam line between the buttocks and thighs, and firmly lift the loosened areas from around the thighs toward the center of the buttocks.
(6) Check that the inner pelvic belt part (flesh-colored net section) follows the pelvis without twisting, and finally adjust the hem.
