[Usage instructions][How to use](1) Cut about 40cm of floss, wrap 2-3 times around one middle finger, and loosely wind the remaining length around another middle finger.(2) Use your thumb and index finger to hold the floss, keeping the distance between your fingers about 1 to 1.5cm so that the floss is taut.(3) Along the surface of the teeth, move slowly back and forth, gently inserting the floss gradually between the teeth.(4) After passing through the contact point of the teeth, insert the floss slightly into the space between the teeth and gums (gingival sulcus).(5) After completing one area, wind up the used portion and feed out a clean section for continued use. 【ご使用について】【使用方法】(1)40cmくらいの長さに切り取り、片方の中指に2,3回、残りは別の中指にゆるめに巻きつけます。(2)親指と人差し指で、指の間隔が1~1.5cmを目安に糸がぴんとはるようにおさえます。(3)歯面に沿って、前後にゆっくり動かしながら、歯と歯の間にゆっくり少しずつ入れます。(4)歯と歯が接触している部分を通過したら、歯と歯ぐきのすき間(歯肉溝)の中に少し入れます。(5)1ヶ所終わるごとに使用した部分を巻き取り、清潔な部分を送り出して使います。使用後はうがいをしてください。
