**Overview:**
This war action series was broadcast on ABC in the United States. The second series included in this box was broadcast as "Desert Ghost Unit" on TV Asahi (then NET). The exploits of the allied special forces unit led by Sergeant Troy, known as Rat Patrol, deliver action comparable to movies, enjoyed by viewers at home. **Plot:**
The Rat Patrol, a special forces unit, intercepts a radio transmission ordering the protection of an Allied transport division, and is pursued fiercely by German forces. They narrowly escape to an oasis village, but during the battle, a village girl falls into a well. Troy and Dietrich temporarily cease fire at the tearful plea of the girl's mother and try to save her, but...
