Pylon PL Tablets Pro is a non-pirin cold medicine that exerts excellent effects on cold symptoms such as sore throat, fever, and runny nose through the action of four active ingredients: salicylamide and acetaminophen, which are antipyretic and analgesic components; promethazine methylene disalicylate, an antihistamine component; and anhydrous caffeine, which helps suppress pain.

Salicylamide is said to cause fewer gastrointestinal disturbances compared to aspirin. Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash and redness, small blisters (pustules) on reddened skin, persistent or rapidly worsening fatigue, loss of appetite.
Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin, systemic rash, fever, feeling unwell, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin).
Aplastic anemia: Blue bruises, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor of skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
Thrombocytopenia: Bleeding symptoms such as nosebleeds, gum bleeding, and bruising due to decreased platelet count.
Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting slightly, dry cough, fever, which may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
Rhabdomyolysis: Muscle pain in limbs, shoulders, waist; numbness in limbs; weakness; stiffness; general fatigue; reddish-brown urine.
Glaucoma attack: Sudden eye redness, eye pain, blurred vision, headache, nausea.
