Shock (anaphylaxis): immediately after taking, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and consciousness disturbance may appear.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, widespread skin rash and redness, small blisters (pustules) on reddened skin, persistent fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid deterioration.
Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor of skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria, etc.
Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
Thrombocytopenia: bleeding symptoms such as nosebleeds, gum bleeding, and bruising due to decreased platelet count in the blood.
Asthma: wheezing, whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing.
Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting oneself slightly, dry cough, fever, which may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
Kidney disorder: fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling of the whole body, general fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
Rhabdomyolysis: muscle pain in limbs, shoulders, waist; numbness in limbs; inability to move; stiffness; general fatigue; reddish-brown urine.
Acute angle-closure glaucoma attack: sudden eye redness, eye pain, blurred vision, headache, nausea.

3. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medicine, or if symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with the package insert.
Dry mouth, drowsiness.

4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with the package insert.
