**1.) Using high-grade Kyoto Uji Matcha**
The Kyoto Uji matcha we use undergoes regular radioactivity, cesium, and residual pesticide testing.
In Europe, standards and inspection levels for radioactivity, cesium, residual pesticides, and additives are among the highest in the world. MATCHA LUSH significantly clears all these standards, which earned us praise from Monde Selection.

We never purchase leftover machine-pulverized matcha from tea wholesalers.
We have annual contracts with tea leaf farmers in Kyoto Uji.
MATCHA LUSH directly obtains high-quality materials that do not go to wholesalers.
However, we never request price reductions.
Because we want the farmers to focus on producing the Tencha that serves as the raw material for our carefully grown matcha, we pay fees that are higher than those of wholesalers.
Then, we have a long-established tea master carefully grind the high-grade Tencha we obtained using a stone mill.
Stone-grinding takes an incredible amount of time to produce matcha.
Therefore, large quantities cannot be made, and the price becomes higher.
This is all in the pursuit of authentic deliciousness.
During product development, we conducted tasting tests with a total of 100 people, ranging from children (a 6-year-old girl, a 5th-grade boy, 8th-grade and 10th-grade students) to university students in their 20s, working adults, and matcha enthusiasts.
