MPタイプは、本格的なモンブラン提供をより身近にする「実用特化型」モデルです。 内部構造や絞り出しの機能は上位モデルと一切変わりませんが、使用素材やデザインを見直すことで、大幅なコストダウンを実現しました。「まずは低予算で導入したい」「機能性を最優先したい」という店舗様に最適です。
省スペース設計のMPモデルは、設置場所を選びません。 また、キッチンカーや移動販売でも安心してお使いいただけるよう、専用の「転倒防止ステイ（オプション品）」による固定も可能です。あらゆる現場で安定したパフォーマンスを支えます。
シリンダー部分は上位モデル同様、取り外し・分解洗浄が可能なため、衛生管理がし易く、絞り口プレートも付け替えが可能です。操作方法も他のモデルと共通ですので、どなたでも簡単にプロの仕上がりを再現できます。
