[Content Overview]
The grand story of Princess Pyeonggang, whose entire life was devoted to Goguryeo, and the naive young man Ondal, who made his love for Pyeonggang a part of history. It depicts the pure love of two young people who do not succumb to fate.

In 561 AD, during the Three Kingdoms period of Goguryeo, King Pyeongwon, the 25th ruler, had his beloved and wise Queen Yoon, with whom he fathered Princess Pyeonggang and Prince Woon. Pyeonggang dreamed of becoming a king someday and dedicated herself to martial arts training to protect her country. However, Ko Wonnpi, a powerful courtier who resented Queen Yoon and held real power, incited the king’s jealousy, leading to Queen Yoon’s death. Pyeonggang then disappeared without a trace. Later, the king learned it was a trap, which drove him into madness and suspicion. Eight years later, the missing Pyeonggang, having lost her memory, was living as an assassin named Kajin.

Meanwhile, Ondal, following his father General On Hyeop’s wish to "live like a fool," was peacefully living in the mountains gathering medicinal herbs, with no connection to martial arts. Fatefully, Kajin and Dal meet and are drawn to each other, but...
