一般的に、10号サイズの植木鉢は直径約30cmで鉢カバーは直径35～40cmほどの大きさがおすすめ。
やや大型の8～9号サイズの観葉植物は植木鉢の直径が24～27cmにもなります。
鉢カバーは一回り大きい、直径30～40cm前後のものが多いようです。
中型の5～7号は直径15～21cm程度の植木鉢で、鉢カバーは直径18～30cm前後のもの、小さな3号、4号サイズの植木鉢は直径が9cm～12cmなので、直径10～18cm程度のカバーをおすすめします。
