After approximately 1 minute, gently and gradually file away the thickened keratin using the coarse side of the foot file (sander). (Be careful not to apply too much pressure to avoid over-scraping.)3. When the surface of the file turns white and becomes difficult to file, spray more essence to facilitate smoother filing.4. Use the fine side of the file to smooth and refine the surface.5. Wash thoroughly with a wet tissue or water, and applying cream or similar products at the end helps prevent dryness.6. After use, rinse the file with running water and dry it well.
