**When to Use:**

**How to Use:**

1. Open the cap.
2. Add ice and water.
* Break down large ice cubes into appropriate sizes before adding.
* If using ice with sharp edges, pour water over it to round the edges before adding.
3. Close the cap.
* Tighten securely to prevent water leakage.
4. Apply to the area you want to cool.
* By threading the cap through the holes in the fixing belt, you can secure it to your arm or leg.

**How to Store:**
