How to choose the size:*If both S–M and M–L sizes apply, select the size closer to the middle of your ankle circumference.

Usage instructions:- Before use, smooth out nails and heels, and remove rings.*Do not lift nails sharply or pull up all at once.
(1) Gather the sock and insert toes to the tip.(2) Pull up to the ankle, aligning the heel precisely.(3) Insert thumbs inside and gradually and evenly pull up.*Because of strong support, do this carefully and slowly.(4) Gradually pull up evenly to just below the knee, avoiding wrinkles.
