■ Usage instructions- Before use, smooth out nails and heels on hands and feet, and remove rings and similar items.*Do not point nails or pull up suddenly.
(1) Insert toes into the opening, pulling the fabric so that the tip reaches the base of the toes.(2) Pull up to the ankle, aligning the heel position accurately.(3) Insert thumbs of both hands inside, gradually and evenly pull up, aligning the circular patterned part to the knee level.*Because of strong support, pull up slowly while paying attention.(4) While stretching to avoid wrinkles, pull up to the thigh.
