**How to Choose Your Size:**
* If you fall into both S-M and M-L size ranges, choose the size whose ankle circumference is closer to the median value.

**How to Use:**
* Before use, smooth your fingernails and heels, and remove any rings.
* Do not use your nails to pull or pull up all at once.

1. Gather the stocking and insert your toes so that the tip reaches the base of your toes.
2. Pull up to the ankle and align the heel correctly.
3. Insert both thumbs on the inside and pull up evenly little by little, aligning the circular patterned part with your knees.
* Due to the strong support, pull up slowly and carefully.
4. Stretch to remove wrinkles and pull up to the thigh.
