■How to Serve
Ingredients (for 1 pancake):- 2 tablespoons of this product (about 18g)- Less than 1 tablespoon of water (about 13g)
*Can also be made with infant formula.*1 tablespoon = 15ml (cc)
(1) Place the ingredients in a small bowl, mix thoroughly to eliminate lumps, and achieve a thick, syrup-like consistency similar to condensed milk.*If the mixture becomes runny like water, gradually add more of this product.
(2) Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then reduce to low once warm.- When using a cast-iron pan, lightly oil it before heating.- When using a hot plate, set the temperature to about 150°C.
(3) Pour the batter into the pan. When bubbles start to form all over, flip the pancake. When the other side turns a light brown, it is ready.*When using the pouch, shake it occasionally to prevent the powder from settling at the bottom.
- You can also prepare everything at once using the pouch:
(1) Add 50ml of water to the pouch. Seal and knead to lightly combine the water and powder.(2) Add another 50ml of water, seal, and quickly shake vertically until large lumps disappear.
- How to store leftovers:
(1) Once cooled, divide into portions and wrap each in plastic wrap.(2) Place in a zipper bag and freeze. Consume within one week.
