About the Artist - Soujirou Fujitani (Fujitani Soujirou)
■ Biography ■
- Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1966.
- Graduated from Osaka Designer College PD Department in 1989.
- Worked at an illustration production company, then became independent in 1994.
- Established S&R ILLUSTRATION in 1995.
- Served as a part-time instructor at Osaka Designer College PD Department in 1996.
- Member of JAGDA (Japan Graphic Designers Association).
■ With over 23 years of experience in the illustration world, involved in more than 300 works.
Produced Morozoff packaging, artist performance posters (e.g., Yumi Matsutoya Shangri-La 3), and handled commercial advertising such as product packaging, catalogs, and posters.
Primarily skilled in analog, real illustration techniques.
Original works are created in a digital environment, inspired by themes of houseplants and nature, emphasizing the importance of environmental issues.
