Formed in West London in 2010. All five of their previous albums have reached the top 5 on the UK album charts, and they are a band that has always been at the forefront of the UK indie rock scene.
Upon releasing their debut album "What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?" in 2011, it became a platinum record despite being their first work and was the best-selling debut album of the year. Their follow-up 2nd album "Come Of Age," released in 2012, impressively reached number 1 in the UK.
Known for their intense live performances, they have graced the main stages of major festivals worldwide such as Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, and Coachella, and have toured with many rock stars around the globe.
They are a band praised by NME magazine as "still in their prime, brimming with ideas, invention, and most importantly... the talent for writing great songs."
And in January 2024, they will release their sixth album, "Pick-Up Full Of Pink Carnations," on Thirty Tigers. The producer is Andrew Wells, who has worked with Halsey and Phoebe Bridgers. This work is a 60s-style classical guitar pop album filtered through their signature new wave sensibility, resulting in an album that coexists with euphoria and melancholic moods.
