"Freezing Method" Place the sleeve in the bag and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Once cold, remove from the bag, put it on your wrist, and insert your thumb into the thumb tunnel.
Store in the bag in the freezer indefinitely until next use.
"Heating Method" Remove the sleeve from the bag and heat in the microwave for 25 seconds, checking if the temperature is comfortable.
If not sufficiently warm, heat for an additional 10 seconds.
Do not heat for more than 45 seconds.
If overheated, let it cool down to a comfortable temperature before use.
Cooling/heating lasts for approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
"Care Instructions" Wipe with a damp cloth, lay flat, and air dry.
Do not use a washing machine, bleach, dry cleaning, or iron.
Store in the included protective plastic bag.
"Caution" This is not a supporter for protecting joints during exercise.
Do not wear during exercise as it may cause damage.
