How to Use Cold: Place the eye mask cap flat and chill in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Wear the cap over your head to cover the area you want to cool, and wear for up to 20 minutes.
Hot: Place the eye mask cap in the center of the microwave and heat for about 30 seconds, checking if the temperature is comfortable.
If the temperature is insufficient, turn the cap inside out and heat for an additional 10 seconds at a time.
Do not heat for more than 60 seconds.
If overheated, cool until it reaches a comfortable temperature.
Wear the cap for about 15 minutes.
