Navel: When the navel begins to come out of the diaper.
Waist: When the tape is fastened at the edge of the fastening part and you feel the stomach is tight.

How to properly put on Pampers (Please be sure to read before use).
1. Spread the diaper and stand up the poop guard.
Make sure the poop guard is standing firmly while fitting it.
2. Gently stretch the stretchable side parts.
Since the side parts are stretchable, you can stretch them to fit snugly without worrying about squeezing the baby.
3. Attach the tape to the fastening part.
Attach the tape symmetrically so that it does not directly touch the skin.
4. Adjust around the legs and waist.
If folded inward, it can cause leaks.
The waist should be loose enough to insert one finger comfortably.
