ご使用方法
1.紙シートの切り込みにそって台紙の○形をはがします。
2.プチシルマの粒の平面の方を下にし、中心円に合わせて粘着面につけます。
3.外側の切り込みからぐるりと台紙をはがします。
4.突起状の方を皮膚に密着させ、ご使用ください。

指をおいてコリを感じるところがコリのポイントです。皮膚の湿気や脂分を乾いたタオル等で取り除いてから、コリのポイントのまわりにブラスターにつけたプチシルマを連続して密着させてください。 特にコリを感じる場所には多めに貼ってください
