Usage Instructions

1. Loosen the screw of the oval ring and pass it through the rotating ring of the main body. Wrap the attachment wire around a pole or similar object, insert a loop into the oval ring, and tighten the screw of the oval ring securely with tools (such as a wrench). 2. Once fixed, attach the main body snap to the D-ring of the collar to tether.
