This is the first press of "ego oil," extracted by pressing the seeds of the perilla plant, a member of the mint family.

■ How to Consume:
* Consume approximately 1 teaspoon (about 4.7g) per day as a guideline.* Add 1 teaspoon of perilla oil to miso soup, soup, yogurt, etc.* Add 2 teaspoons of perilla oil to pancake or okonomiyaki batter.* Add 3 teaspoons of perilla oil to 6 teaspoons of non-oil dressing.
