This is a warranty plan that extends the manufacturer's warranty, which is set for each product, by an additional two years. The total warranty period will be three years, including the manufacturer's warranty period.
This warranty can be purchased at the same time as the eligible product.
The warranty fee is set for each product.
If a covered failure occurs during the warranty period, you can receive free repairs an unlimited number of times.
The warranty certificate will be sent to your registered customer email address via email.
To request a repair, please use the "Repair Request Form" listed in the warranty certificate.
Yamato Transport's sales driver will pick up the item for repair free of charge. This applies only when using their delivery service.
If you cancel your order for the warranted product, please also cancel this warranty.
