●貼るときは引っ張って貼らないでください。
●剥がすときはゆっくり剥がすもしくはシャワーなどで水分を含ませて剥がすことでかぶれを防げます。
●ご使用前にお肌の汗や油脂・汚れなどをふきとり、よく乾かしてからご使用ください
●テープの角をハサミで丸く切って貼ると剥がれにくくなります。
●？がしたときにお肌に黒く粘着剤が残ることがあります。石鹸などをつけて洗い流してください。
●湿疹・かぶれ・傷口・粘膜部分や皮膚の柔らかい部分には使用しないでください。

●同じところに続けて貼らないでください。
