"Regarding wired connection" This product is a controller that can only be used with a wired connection, so it cannot connect wirelessly or be charged.
"Regarding joystick malfunction" If you suspect joystick malfunction or failure, please try rebooting.
Reboot (restart) steps:
1. Turn on the switch main unit.
2. Unplug the USB of the PDP controller.
3. While pressing the lower part of the left D-pad on the PDP controller, connect the USB.
4. When the HOLD button flashes, press the A button.
5. When the HOLD button stops flashing, turn the left stick once around, turn the right stick once around, then press ZL, ZR, and the lower part of the D-pad in order.
6. The controller's LED will light up, completing the process.
Please observe for a while after reboot.
"Regarding operation and response of sticks, buttons, and rear buttons" Please check the game settings and other connected devices to ensure proper operation and response of the controller buttons before playing.
"Regarding left and right audio output when using headphones" Please switch the audio output settings of other connected devices to your preferred left and right volume. Some games may have built-in audio balance settings as part of the gameplay.
Regarding adjustment of LED light color and brightness: While pressing the FUNCTION BUTTON on the controller, you can change colors or have the lights change automatically by pressing L, R, ZR, ZL, or the D-pad.
"Regarding the included USB cable" Please ensure it is firmly inserted in the correct orientation into both the main unit and the controller.
The main unit may require configuration.
"Recognition when used with PC games" This controller is not supported for use with PC games.
