We paid special attention to the aesthetic when opened, using hand-dyed washi paper with Nanten (Japanese holly) patterns on the inner bottom surface. The color scheme, balanced with the exterior pattern, gives a refined impression.
The bottom surface uses plain, solid-colored paper.
While highlighting the beauty of the pattern, the subdued tone creates a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy different expressions on the front and back.

The hand-dyed washi paper used in this box case is crafted by Yuzen washi dyeing artisans at a specialized factory in Kyoto, each piece finished by hand.
Its deep colors and unique texture are highly attractive.

A delicate flower blooming proudly amidst cold winds, with a faint sweet fragrance, heralding the arrival of spring.
The vivid colors of red, pink, and white in the quiet winter landscape evoke a sense of life and vitality.
Many poems themed around "plum" are recorded in Japan's oldest poetry collection, the *Manyoshu*, captivating people since ancient times.
A traditional auspicious item related to plum is the "Daifuku-cha" (celebratory tea) containing dried plums and kelp, drunk on New Year’s Day. Its origin traces back to the Heian period, when Emperor Murakami drank it during illness and recovered.
It has since been associated with wishing for health and safety throughout the year.
