Yazid Ishmuraen, who became the world champion in the pastry world championships at age 22. Currently, he works as a consultant for the world's top hotels and collaborates with luxury brands, and is a popular pastry chef with his own shops in Avignon in southern France and Paris. At 14, he apprenticed as a pastry chef in Paris, and eventually trained under renowned pastry chefs such as Pascal Caffé and Philippe Conticini, including working as sous-chef at Joel Robuchon's restaurant "Le Metropole" in Monaco. In 2014, he finally became the champion of the Gelato World Cup (world ice cream championship). Based on his autobiography, director Sebastian Turral, making his feature film debut, adapted this into a movie. It depicts an inspiring success story of a lonely young man who endured a difficult childhood and creates miracles with exquisite sweets.
And the music is composed by Bliss Davori, who is active in a wide range of fields including film scores for movies like "Angel, the Invisible Lover" and the Dior commercial featuring Rihanna, stimulating the senses with delicious sweets and delicate, emotionally rich music.
