*Installation Request
*Install the ventilation fan mainly around areas with water, such as bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens. *If there is constant water leakage, be sure to repair it.
*Install the fan so that the air in the underfloor flows from the southeast to the northwest of the building.
(This is to allow dry air from the south side to flow through the underfloor.)
*Ensure an opening area based on regulations. Building Standards Act Enforcement Order Article 22
(In the underfloor portion of exterior walls, ventilation holes with an area of 300cm2 or more shall be provided for every 5m or less of wall length, and measures shall be taken to prevent the entry of rodents.) *To achieve more effective ventilation, ensure sufficient airflow paths.
*Refer to the installation dimensions in the characteristic table for the mounting hole dimensions of the main unit. If the dimensions are larger, use shims to match the product, and if they are smaller, shave the concrete.
*Be sure to install the timer switch indoors.
*In houses where the underfloor ground surface is constantly very moist, avoid installing an underfloor ventilation fan. Ventilation may not be effective.
