**Concept [Artist's Thoughts]**
The way new shoots grow from spring to summer is powerful and full of life. The creatures living there increase in radiance, evoking emotion and affection, making me happy as well. Precious life on Earth, living together! Green for people's hearts! I paint with the wish that the visuals will remind people of environmental consideration.

**About the Artist - Soujirou Fujitani**

**Biography**
* Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1966.
* Graduated from Osaka Designers College, PD Course in 1989.
* Became independent in 1994 after working for an illustration production company.
* Established S&R ILLUSTRATION in 1995.
* Part-time lecturer at Osaka Designers College, PD Course in 1996.
* In 2005, the company name changed from S&R to S and R (illustrations).
* Began selling original works (giclée prints) in 2011.
* Held first solo exhibition (Paper Voice Osaka, Heiwa Paper) in 2012.
* Member of JAGDA (Japan Graphic Designers Association Inc.).

**Commercial Illustration Experience**
* Over 23 years in commercial illustration, including work on Morozoff packaging and artist performance posters (e.g., Yumi Matsutoya's "Shangri-La 3").
* Involved in over 300 illustration projects for product packaging, catalogs, posters, etc.

* Original works are created in a digital environment, building upon analog skills, with a focus on nature, particularly houseplants, and conveying the importance of environmental issues.
