Returns and Exchanges
- In the case of defects or damage due to shipping accidents or other reasons for which we are responsible, we will immediately exchange the product for a new one. Please contact us within 5 days of product arrival. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges after the period has passed.
- We generally cannot accept claims for scratches or deterioration after opening and use.
