戦略を以て機先を制せよ! 欧州、北アフリカの地で鋼鉄の軍馬、驀進す!収録シナリオは2本収録。いずれも北アフリカ戦線とヨーロッパ戦線の勝敗に大きく影響を与えたターニングポイントとなるシナリオ。 新作専用シナリオとして、一大戦車戦に発展する東部戦線「ツィタデレ作戦」、フランスに於けるドイツ軍の一大反攻作戦である西部戦線「ラインの守り作戦」の2本を書下ろした計6本のシナリオを収録。当時の世界情勢を忠実に再現したシナリオにより、臨場感あるプレイが楽しめます。地上を主戦場とする欧州戦線では、原油や鉄鉱石を原料にして加工される燃料や鉄、アルミといった加工物資の加工が重要な役割を持っている。資源を採掘できる根拠地を占領して、その資源を自国の工場に輸送し、そこで加工された物資を造船所や航空機工場などに輸送して、兵器を生産、運用する。この一連の戦略を、戦線の拡大と平行して練ることが戦争を征する鍵となる。登場兵器には「ティーガー」などの有名兵器から、史実では間に合わなかったドイツのジェット戦闘機「Ta-183」やアメリカの戦略爆撃機「B-36」など戦後活躍した名機も。 陸海空の全680種類の兵器がヨーロッパの戦場で暴れまわる!
