Disc 1 features the final live performance at Back to the Beginning held in Birmingham on the 5th of this month, captured in the highest quality HD professional shot footage. It fully includes both solo and Black Sabbath performances.

A total of 9 songs are performed with full dedication: 5 songs as Ozzy Osbourne and 4 songs with Black Sabbath. This performance is the King Ozzy’s last heartfelt and moving act, full of sorrow and emotion.
Disc 2 contains the final performance in Japan, held on November 22, 2015, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba during OZZFEST JAPAN. It is a perfect, ultra-high-definition audience shot, skillfully edited with a two-camera mix, combining screen shots and stage shots, capturing an extraordinary live experience.
The audio quality is also high, recorded from Ozzy’s in-ear monitor sound source, reflecting the intense performance at Japan’s last live show in 2015.
This release is a nostalgic reflection on the final performances in Birmingham and Japan by the legendary Ozzy Osbourne, commemorating his memories.
