This is a more compact type of box grater with the handle removed. Despite its compact size, it maintains the width for standard daikon radishes (approx. 70mm). Improvements have been made to ensure grated daikon easily falls into the receiving box. Additionally, the strainer can be used as a lid for storage, protecting the blade.
Skilled artisans meticulously create each blade by hand, striking a chisel against a copper plate one by one.
