This is a special treble hook for saltwater big fish, made with extra-heavy wire (hardened steel wire) and a flattened shank.
What we want to emphasize is the hook point, which features a double taper and precision sharp processing. This shape was developed to achieve both sufficient strength to resist the phenomenon where only the point bends inward when hooking onto hard parts of the mouth, such as with GT, and the necessary and sufficient sharpness for penetration.
