Surrounded by natural beauty throughout the seasons, it boasts fertile, nutrient-rich soil, temperature differences between day and night, and fog during harvest season—ideal conditions for cultivating the highest quality tea leaves.
Cultivated by tea farmers who have inherited the tradition since the late Edo period under the Kakegawa domain, this land is carefully managed primarily with organic fertilizers. Over more than 150 years of tea cultivation and traditional techniques, flavorful tea leaves have been nurtured.
❄️ Freshness PreservationHand-picked tea leaves are processed into rough tea and stored at -5°C to maximize aroma and flavor. The final processing (such as roasting) is carried out in a hygienic facility certified with ISO 22000 international food safety standards.
