Product Introduction

Carrots, burdock root, chicken, konjac, aburaage (fried tofu), maitake mushrooms. A rich flavor packed with six kinds of domestically produced ingredients. A carefully brewed "dashi" (soup stock) made from Rishiri kelp and Katsuwonotsu from Makurazaki is provided separately. No chemical seasonings used. Suitable for 2 cups, serving 2 to 3 people.

Usage Instructions

1. Shake the "dashi" well before opening. Rinse 2 cups of rice (180ml x 2), add the "dashi". 2. Adjust water to the same level as when cooking plain rice, and mix well. 3. Place the "ingredients" on top and cook the rice. Be sure to include the liquid inside the "ingredients". 4. Once cooked, stir well, let it steam for about 10 minutes, then serve.
