**How to Use**
* Before wearing, remove rings, etc., and smooth your fingernails and toenails.
* Do not use your nails to pull up the product or pull it up all at once.
* Due to the supportive nature of the product, pull it up slowly and carefully.
1. Gather the product with both hands and put it on, starting with the toes, then the heel.
2. Slowly pull up to the knee. Then, pull up the other leg to the knee.
3. Alternately pull up from the knee to the thigh and to the crotch, ensuring a snug fit.
4. Align the hip line and slowly pull up to the waist to wear.

5. There are no restrictions on wearing (except during sleep).
6. To prevent deformation of the product, do not use or store it in a twisted state.
