**How to Prepare**

Ingredients: 120g stew roux, 1 onion, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 720cc water

**Instructions** (Example for 5-6 servings)

1. Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pot and sauté the vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add water to step 1, bring to a boil, then simmer until the ingredients are tender.
3. Turn off the heat once, add the roux, and dissolve.
4. Turn the heat back on and simmer over low heat, stirring, for about 10 minutes.

*Using soy milk will result in an even creamier finish.
In that case, please ensure the total amount of water and soy milk is 720ml.
