* **When using a teapot:** Place one tea bag in a warmed teapot, pour in boiling water, and steep for 30-60 seconds for the first infusion. For subsequent infusions, wait a little longer and brew to your desired strength.* **When boiling:** Add one tea bag to approximately 1 liter of boiling water and simmer over low heat for about 2-3 minutes. Once a good color and aroma are achieved, turn off the heat and keep warm in a pot or chill in the refrigerator before serving. Adjust the boiling time according to your preference for color and aroma.* *Caution: Boiling over may occur, so do not leave unattended.** When chilled in the refrigerator, brewed Pu-erh tea may become cloudy. This is a phenomenon caused by the combination of tannins, a component found in Pu-erh tea, and minerals present in tap water. This does not affect the quality. If you find it bothersome, warming the tea to over 60°C (140°F) will eliminate the cloudiness and restore it to its original state.
