It combines organic white soy sauce with a well-matched dashi made from bonito flakes shaved from skipjack tuna, dried bonito flakes from Sōda, dried shiitake mushrooms from Oita Prefecture, and kelp from Hokkaido, blended with domestically produced natural dashi. It also contains organic white soy sauce, salt, organic mirin, organic sugar, organic soy sauce, yeast extract, and organic apple vinegar. Just dilute it to enjoy delicious soups, simmered dishes, seasoned rice, and other everyday cooking that highlights the color and flavor of ingredients.
