Soken-sha Girolomoni Organic Tomato Ketchup is made using organically grown tomatoes from Southern Italy. These tomatoes are processed into tomato paste using the "hot break" method (heating at high temperatures after crushing to bring out a rich texture and umami), which is ideal for ketchup.
This ketchup allows you to enjoy the original rich umami, mellow sweetness, and pleasant flavor of organic tomatoes.
The salt used is sun-dried salt produced through traditional Southern Italian methods, which enhances the mellow acidity and sweetness unique to organic ketchup.
