◆ How to Consume

Put about 30g of this product (roughly 2 heaping spoonfuls) into a cup, then mix well with about 200ml of your preferred beverage (milk, water, plant-based milk, etc.) using about one-quarter of the beverage. After mixing, pour in the remaining beverage for easier blending.

Using a shaker will make mixing even easier.
