● MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) may cause the plastic food containers made of styrene-based resins (polystyrene (PS), ABS resin, etc.) to deteriorate or become brittle if in prolonged contact, so it is recommended to avoid using plastic containers.
● Consuming a large amount at once may cause loose stools, so do not drink the oil directly. Instead, add it to ingredients or dishes.
● Especially for first-time users, the stomach may become loose easily, so it is recommended to start with a small amount (about 4.6g, one teaspoon) and gradually increase.
● Consult with a doctor or nutritionist regarding intake and usage.
