Medium-chain fatty acids (Natural MCT oil <61%>).
Compared to medium-chain fatty acids such as those in beef fat, the medium-chain fatty acids contained in coconut oil are transported directly to the liver for metabolism, and are absorbed four times faster than long-chain fatty acids, providing energy ten times faster. This characteristic makes it popular among gym trainers and athletes.
This product contains over 60% medium-chain fatty acids. It is also widely used by people on a carbohydrate-restricted diet. Among natural vegetable oils, coconut oil contains the highest amount of medium-chain fatty acids. It is useful for adding to daily beverages and supporting ketogenic lifestyles.

【Intermediate Level】Ideal for heated cooking!
Healthy oils also need to be mindful of heating temperatures. While chemically refined MCT oil can deteriorate when heated, natural coconut oil containing 61% saturated fatty acids, including MCTs, can be heated up to 190°C (the highest temperature for plant-based oils). It is less prone to deterioration from heat compared to unsaturated fats like flaxseed or perilla oils, making it a recommended cooking oil.

【Storage Instructions】
Please close the lid tightly, keep the container upright, and store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity. It can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated. If you want to enjoy it in a solid state, refrigerate it. To enjoy it as a liquid, keep it at room temperature or warm the bottle in hot water at about 40°C. It begins to melt above 25°C, so there is no need to prepare boiling water. During winter, if the oil solidifies and is difficult to scoop with a spoon, it is recommended to warm the bottle in a water bath until liquid, then freeze in an ice cube tray, and store in a plastic bag for convenience. This allows for single-use portions. In summer, it becomes liquid, so using an oil-specific container is convenient.

【Precautions for Use】
When coconut oil is liquefied, opening the bottle quickly may cause oil to spill. Although coconut oil is resistant to oxidation, please be careful to prevent water and bacteria from contaminating it. Use a dry, hygienic spoon or butter knife.
