Since before organic products became widely recognized in Japan, Azabu Takano has paid attention to organic.
The first time I learned about tea with an organic certification mark was in the early 1980s.
It was triggered by a Sri Lankan sales representative who brought tea to us.
That tea was Uva organic tea from Sri Lanka, produced by Stassen.
